Situated in the heart of the English Lake District, The Ravensworth is a traditional Lakeland stone built house from the mid 19th century.
Built originally as a private residence, the change to a guest house has retained many of the original features and has been enhanced by the addition of a fine conservatory breakfast room.
Conveniently located on the edge of Windermere village, The Ravensworth is ideally situated, providing easy access to the many attractions of the Lake District National Park, whilst being only a two minute walk from the centre of Windermere village itself.
We have two car parks at the front and rear providing ample parking for all of our guests.
Being a privately owned and run hotel ensures that you can expect a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in this most beautiful area... all complimented by a freshly prepared breakfast.
At the end of the day you are welcome to relax by the open fires in either our residents lounge or cosy private bar. |
